Gymnastics 


This term we are learning how to do Gymnastics.Most of us find Gymnastics hard, we are learning to try our best and never give up.    Our Gymnastics coach has taught Room 11 that when you are doing a backwards roll you always have to remember that you have to put your  chin to touch your chest. So when you are  doing  a backwards roll you won't hurt your own neck.

Talofa room 11, it's great to see that you're​ all learning alot about keeping yourself safe when participating in gymnastics, because it involves alot of tricky movements that push your bodies to their limits. It definitely looks like you're improving and becoming more flexible. Keep persevering and have fun :)
