Art Day

On Wednesday we had an Art Day. We made kites because it was Matariki.

First we made an X with some straws.

Then we cut a pentagon (which has 5 sides) out of see through paper.

After that we glued the cellophane pentagon onto the cross.

Then we glued the tail onto the kite.

After we added the string we got to take our kites out for a trial run. That was fun.
