The Butterfly Garden

Today we went to the West Lynne Garden and Butterfly House.

First room 10 went in the butterfly house and Room 11 walked around and looked at the plants. After morning tea Room 11 went into the butterfly house. We saw heaps of caterpillars and butterflies. We saw a caterpillar in the shape of a J. The caterpillar was gluing his bottom on the leaf. That caterpillar was turning into a chrysalis. A butterfly has a proboscis to slurp up the nectar. Jahrey's nana and Wynta's dad came to help us. We went back to school so that we could have our milk. We also had cup cakes because it was Alzarah's birthday.
